Kusadasi experiences a Mediterranean climate with hot dry summers and mild winters.
Visitors who want to spend their holiday relaxing in the sun should plan a trip during the summer season, from June to August. Clear blue skies and hot temperatures of around 25 to 28 degrees Celsius are a big attraction to travellers which can be seen in the increased rates for accommodation and flights to Kusadasi. The town is also at its busiest during this time, in part due to cruise ships docking in the port.
Although temperatures generally do no dip below 9 degrees Celsius, the winter months tend to be cloudier and welcome an increase in rainfall. The climate may not appeal to sun-seekers but the cooler temperatures may be more suitable for exploring the archaeological sites and cheap flights to Kusadasi are likely to be more available.
